3. Refund Processing Timeframes

The refund may take up to 15 business days to be processed. The amount may appear on your current or next billing statement, depending on your card issuer.

Pix or Bank Transfer

The refund will be transferred to the bank account provided during the refund process within up to 15 business days.

Responsibility:

Bellacanto is responsible for initiating the refund request within the legal timeframe. The final credit of the refunded amount depends on your financial institution.

Access or Digital Products:

If the purchase involves digital content or restricted access material, access may be revoked immediately after the refund is processed.

4. Exchanges (Physical Products – If Applicable)

If your purchase involves physical products and you wish to request an exchange due to defect or damage:
